  1. edit: to make changes in a document.
  2. column: an up-and-down arrangement of words or items on a page; in a spreadsheet, columns are identified by letters swucch as A,B,C.
  3. table: an arrangement of data in rows and columns.
  4. cell: the box formed where a column and a row meet in a spreadsheet or table.
  5. border: an outline around an object, a page, or a spreadsheet cell or cells.
  6. clip art: illustrations created on a computer that can be added to documents.
  7. justify: to align against both the left and right margins.
  8. header: information at the top of a page that can be repeated on every page of a document.
  9. footer: information at the bottom of a page; can be repeated on every page of a document.
  10. tab leader: a character that comes before a tab stop.
  11. graphic: a picture created on a computer.
  12. tab: to move the insertion point a set amount by tapping the Tab key.
